Prints made during the residency will be available online here on Black Friday, November 26th. . Prints will include one from each artist and one collaboration print. A portion of the proceeds from the Haight Street Art Center’s Annual Invitational Screen Print Show will benefit SF Skate Club.
Partnering with SF Skate Club was an obvious choice as these artists worked at Think Skateboards and Shawn Connolly, founder of SF Skate Club, skated for Think early in his career. Artists will work with kids from SF Skate Club on creating a unique piece of art of their own. Doug, Jason, Mike & Jeremy will share the profound influence skateboarding has had on their lives and how their early passion provided them a career path into the art world.
