Panel Discussion with the Art of Consciousness Curators

On Friday October 27th, the eve of the TRPS’ 2017 Festival of Rock Posters, Haight Street Art Center hosted a free panel discussion on behalf of The Rock Poster Society. Two of the Art of Consciousness exhibit curators, Nicholas Meriwether and Scott Montgomery, discussed the importance of the San Francisco Poster Renaissance, and why it should be hailed as not only the nation's second great poster movement, but a full-fledged art movement in its own right.
