SEATING – No seating will be provided. Picnic blankets and chairs are allowed. Tarps, umbrellas, and stakes are prohibited.
HYDRATION STATIONS – We recommend bringing a reusable water bottle. There will be three (3) hydration stations placed throughout the meadow.
RESTROOMS – Bathrooms will be positioned throughout the meadow and available to the public during the event. One ADA-accessible port-a-potty will be available in each restroom area.
FOOD & BEVERAGE – No food or beverage will be sold, but pack-in/pack-out picnic encouraged! Glass bottles and containers are prohibited in Golden Gate Park.
VENDING – No vending is allowed at this event.
NO CAMPING/OVERNIGHT - Overnight sleeping and camping are NOT ALLOWED in the park.
On-Site Support – Medical support will be on-site.
GETTING TO THE EVENT – Attendees are strongly encouraged to use public transportation, rideshare services, or bicycles to travel to and from the event. Parking is limited in Golden Gate Park and in the surrounding neighborhood.
WALKING FROM THE HAIGHT – The historic Alvord Bridge in Golden Gate Park features an unusual concrete pedestrian tunnel that directly leads into Robin Williams Meadow. You enter the tunnel at Haight St and Stanyan.
BICYCLES – Free valet bicycle parking will be available in Robin Williams Meadow during the concert. Bike racks will be installed, and an attendant will monitor the bicycle parking area throughout the event. Bicycle parking is located in the East Meadow close to Kezar Drive.
MUNI SERVICE – The standard day-of Muni lines will be available (5, 7, 21, 33, N) and provide convenient access to Robin Williams Meadow.
The 5 Fulton bus - Get off along Fulton Street near Stanyan Street on the edge of the park. Walk a short distance south toward McLaren Lodge and enter the eastern end of the park via the JFK Promenade or the historic Alvord Bridge tunnel.
The 7 Haight/Noriega bus - The Closest Stop is Haight St & Stanyan St (the western terminus of the upper Haight commercial strip). From the Stanyan stop, head west toward the park entrance, cross Stanyan Street, and enter Golden Gate Park enter the eastern end of the park via the historic Alvord Bridge tunnel.
The 33 Ashbury/18th Street bus - Get Off at Haight St & Stanyan St stop (Stop ID #14962 / #14963). Head west on Haight Street toward Stanyan Street, cross Stanyan into Golden Gate Park.
21 Hayes bus - Exit at the stop on 9th Avenue & Judah Street. Head north on 9th Avenue entering Golden Gate Park, head East on MLK towards Robin Williams Meadow.
The N-Judah - Board the N-Judah outbound toward Ocean Beach. Exit the train at the Carl Street and Stanyan Street station. Head north on Stanyan Street toward the edge of Golden Gate Park (cross over Frederick St / Haight St). Enter the park near the Koret Children's Playground (carousel area) and walk onto the meadow.
RIDEHARE PICK-UP & DROP-OFF – To reduce congestion adjacent to the event site and to ensure safety, designated rideshare zones will be positioned at the following locations:
Wayfinding signage and event communications will encourage attendees using rideshare services to access the event via safe pedestrian pathways and crosswalks.
