Gary Houston is a graphic designer and illustrator who has lived in Portland, Oregon for the last 30+ years. Houston also designs and makes posters under the guise of Voodoo Catbox. He utilizes old school techniques, mainly scratch board, inking and hand cut Rubyliths. He also has a production studio (referred to as the Adult Romper-Room) where his hands-on process allows him to get his cooties all over each and every hand pulled screen print poster or serigraph. The main thrust of his work is the music of Americana, whether it be blues, punk, r&b, jazz or good old rock n' roll. He designs posters, prints, CD/LP covers and all sorts of other crap. He is currently known for his work for the Oregon Waterfront Blues Festival.

Pronouns: he/him
