Karina Perez is a freelance illustrator and designer originally from Edinburg, TX. She recently earned her BFA in Illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design. She loves to illustrate lush scenes of home, lifestyle, and food that are filled with bright colors and her love for her Mexican-American background. Her passion lies in editorial, children’s books and product illustration. She has worked with Chronicle Books, NPR, Pearson Education, and Jolt Texas. Karina is always looking for projects that inspire others to make active change within their communities.
