Bay Area-based artist Lauren Yurkovich had an international upbringing that lends a unique perspective to her work that makes it accessible to a wide range of audiences.  As a result, her art has been showcased in group and solo exhibitions across the world. She mixes traditional hand-drawn techniques with bold digital color to create stunning high-contrast illustrations that intertwine nature and the human form. As an illustrator and poster artist, Lauren has collaborated with an array of companies, artists, and organizations creating everything from billboards to skateboards. Lauren is also a credentialed visual arts educator who trains K-12 students as well as adults and builds rigorous multi-tiered visual arts programs.
